Sending your documents to our Document Warehouse ensures they are stored in a clean, dry, secure and managed environment whilst freeing up space within your own premises for more profitable uses.
Should you require a document back the process is simple: you simply fax or e-mail the details of what you are looking for. We locate the correct box. We can then deliver the box back to you. However should you only require a particular document or part of a file we have the option to fax, or scan and e-mail the relevant pages to you.

COMPREHENSIVE DATABASE Our electronic records can be as simple or as complicated as you wish to suit your requirements. We know where every box is and what is in them. |

DEDICATED STAFF On-site records manager who controls your archive and is your personal contact with your archive. |

HIGH SECURITY High level of security with controlled access, RedCare alarm monitoring, out of hours restricted access to the estate with a 24-hour guard. |

SECURE TRANSPORT Collection via our own unmarked satellite tracked vans, alternatively you can deliver the boxes to our facility. |

SIMPLE ACCESS Fast retrieval of your boxes, pages can be faxed or e-mailed back to you within minutes or the box delivered to your offices. |

DESTRUCTION SCHEDULE Fix a destruction date on your boxes and we will contact you a few weeks before to gain authorisation for the destruction. All destruction is carried out by security shredding. |

CONFIDENTIALITY GUARANTEED All customers' documents and information are treated in the strictest confidence and all our staff sign comprehensive confidentiality agreements. |
Costs are tailored to suit your requirements and are based on the following criteria:

QUANTITY AND DIMENSIONS The number, and size of boxes that you are looking to store. |

RETRIEVALS Your estimated numbers of retrievals: if you rarely retrieve boxes then the cost of these retrievals can be built into the storage price; similarly if you have a high rate of retrievals you should consider our scanning services. |
 |
DELIVERY How fast you wish to have the items back to your offices - a same day delivery is more expensive than a weekly delivery. |
