Filing 92% of a company’s knowledge resides on paper, which is not backed up for disaster recovery. It contains valuable data for use on a day to day basis in addition to being used to hold historical information.

CD-ROMs are a non-editable medium, which means they are accepted by the Inland Revenue and HM Customs & Excise. CD-ROMs have been accepted in court as admissible evidence which makes them ideal for most business applications.

SPACE SAVING
Each disc can hold up to 20,000 pages, the equivalent of two four-drawer filing cabinets.
FAST SEARCHING
To find a document takes literally two to three seconds once the disc is loaded.
LICENCE FREE
Each disc can be copied as many times as needed as there are no licence restrictions or fees.
HANDLE ANY SIZE PAPER
CDRetrieve will also handle scanned drawings and can hold up to 4,000 large A0 plans on a single CD.

	CONCISE LABELLING Every disc produced by us is clearly labelled with a brief description of the contents.
	AUTO RUNNING After the initial installation, CDRetrieve runs automatically each time the disc is inserted in a drive.
	NETWORKABLE CDRetrieve can be networked under certain conditions.
	EXPORT DATA All of the information within a database can be exported to a text file.
	FUTURE PROOF FORMAT All images are standard TIFF files which can be transferred to another program should you change in the future.
